Shipping

All shipping is free in Canada and the U.S.A. Shipping for orders elsewhere is free but can only be shipped in rolls. We use UPS when shipping in Canada and the U.S and by international post globally.

Delivery Time

From start to finish the process takes between 10-14 days, not including transit times. A customer service rep will keep you informed in each stage of the process.

International and Import Duties

All orders located in North America will be duty free. To make sure you don’t get involved in this issue, all charges if they do occur will be charged to the shipper PopPizzaz not the consignee, that being you. However different countries have different rules so shipments outside of Canada and the U.S cannot be guaranteed of free charges. From my experience this rarely happens but best to inquire for yourself.
